Number of vlans on switch

I am trying to install a switch. I have 1 switch that uses vlan 4000 for guest. I am trying to do the vlan trunk to my other switch but it only shows 1-2048 as the avaialble vlans. How do enable more than 2048?

I ran into such a problem years ago. It's a limitation of the hardware. You aren't able to get more than 2048 vlans. You'll need to use a different switch model or choose vlans within the 1-2048.
